Ten Percent (10%) Deposit, minimum, is required immediately upon conclusion of the auction in the form of Certified Check, Cash or Money Order (Please make the Certified Check or Money Order payable to yourself in case you are not the successful bidder).
The balance is due within thirty (30) days from date of sale, July 28, 2020. Any unpaid portion of the bid price bears interest at the rate of nine and six tenths percent (9.60%) per annum from the date of sale.
The successful bidder must post a surety bond at the sale. A surety bond is posted by a person other than your spouse, present at the sale.
