Onsite Bidder Registration: We will be at the auction site 1 hour before the auction begins. To register to be a bidder, please bring your photo ID and $5,000 deposit (per group). You can bring an executed copy of the auction terms or will have copies there for you to review and sign.
Online Bidder Registration: All auction bidders who want to participate via our online bidding platform must be registered and approved to bid by Key Auctioneers. All bidders will be subject to fulfilling the following requirements (same as onsite bidders) prior to being approved to bid. Bidders must execute the Auction Terms. You can do so by requesting a Docusign copy of the Auction Terms by emailing email@example.com with your name or executing the Auction Terms in the documents below and returning them to Seth Seaton at firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a copy of a Government-issued Photo ID for the individual registering. You will be required to remit the $5,000 down payment/per group (in escrow) before you will be able to bid. Deposits will be returned within 2 hours of the auction ending if you were not the winning bidder.
Mousie’s Cafe features a 3,430 square foot bar and restaurant building with an oversized parking lot. The bar, walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler will remain with the building. The property is 0.74 acre and has 70′ of frontage on Western Avenue and 140′ on Sycamore Street. The seating, kitchen equipment, beer signs & decor will be offered separately in an online-only auction which will end at Noon on November 21st to allow the real estate buyer the opportunity to bid on the pieces they want to keep with the property.
The single family homes and vacant lot at 906, 910 & 912 Sycamore Street will be offered as a package which will include 2 houses and a total of 0.40 acre. The houses are vacant and in disrepair.
