(January 4, 2012) – Ted Pike, an auctioneer with Indianapolis-based Key Auctioneers, recently received his designation as an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) from the National Auctioneers Association’s Education Institute. The AARE program provides licensed auctioneers with the expert training to effectively market residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial real estate.

With over $115 billion sold in commercial real estate in 2010, business owners, banks, and consumers are increasingly turning to auctioneers to sell their real estate.
