Being offered at auction, Historic Billie Creek Village including 70+/- acres, house, two Covered Bridges, living history museum with 30+ buildings, inventory, party pavillion, antique equipment & furnishings. Sealed bids accepted for on-going operation in its' entirety!

Offered for silent bid auction is the entire Billie Creek Village, including approximately 70 acres of land, two covered bridges, all Civil War Era historic buildings of the living history museum, modern party pavilion, all primitive antique equipment & furnishings and General Store inventory. Sealed bids will be accepted from September 10, 2012, 8 AM until September 20, 2012 at Noon, Eastern Time. No late bids will be accepted. The top three bidders will be invited to participate in a Conference Call Live Auction on Friday, September 21st at Noon, Eastern Time.

All bids must be submitted on the Contract to Purchase form accompanied by a Cashier's Check payable to Key Auctioneers for $50,000 (form available under the “Documents” tab on the Key Auctioneers’ website.) Submissions will be accepted by delivery to our office at 5520 S. Harding Street, Indianapolis, IN 46217 (we recommend Certified Mail to the attention of Veronica Hughes), fax (317-357-1137), or email ([email protected]) An amendment to the Contract to Purchase will be prepared and executed by the successful bidder upon conclusion of the Conference Call Live Auction. The successful purchaser will be required to immediately initiate a wire transfer to bring the deposit to 10% of the bid price. The closing must take place within thirty days of the auction, not subject to any contingencies. Bid deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within 48 hours of the auction.
