Willow Creek Aquaculture Fish Farm is 42 acres and features 10 stocking ponds (8’ deep) with 2 additional prepared at the rear of the property. Each pond is 8′ deep and have electric run to them for automated fish feeders and aerator equipment. They were raising Yellow Perch, which thrived in the 45 – 55 degree water the 2 artesian wells provide and last reported to put out 100 gallons per minute. There are creeks that border on the east and west side of the farm. Also bordering it on the east and south sides is the Leach Natural Resource Center (350+ acres of Wisconsin DNR land). Willow Creek also features a 4-bedroom / 3-bathroom renovated farmhouse which has a drive-in basement used to serve as the office and breakroom, a 1,440 square foot pole barn used to store the equipment and feed & 2 greenhouses for sorting and hatching. Deposits will be returned within 2 hours of the auction ending if you were not the winning bidder.
